Strengthening and retrofit
Designing and supervising the strengthening of structures that must carry more, span further or recover from damage, with the least disruption the structure allows.

Strengthening is designed around the structure as it is, not as it was drawn. The sequence of work matters as much as the sizes: a beam cannot be jacketed while it carries its full load, and a column cannot be cut into while the floor above rests on it.
We design the scheme, the temporary works it needs and the order in which it is built, and we are on site when the critical steps are taken.
