A design is only as good as what is built from it. We visit at the stages that matter: the foundation excavation, the reinforcement of each element before it is covered, the striking of formwork, and any point where the contractor proposes a change.
Queries are answered in writing with a sketch where words are not enough, and every change is carried back into the drawings so the as-built record is true.
